Pieces such as Emilio Solé‑Sempere’s Hearts Beat Together, Purcell’s Sound the Trumpet, and Ken Berg’s Galop highlight the delights of singing together. More contemplative works such as Handel’s Surely He Hath Borne Our Griefs from the Messiah, Andrew Peterson’s Behold the Lamb of God, and Elaine Hagenberg’s radiant Alleluia reflect on God’s healing presence.
The journey across time and tradition culminates in Keith Hampton’s exuberant Gospel anthem, Praise His Holy Name!
